This activity helps participants to identify a safe space where they can be calm when there are many changes in their life. It helps to calm down and recover from stress, which can make them analyse the changes in a better way.
The trainer presents this activity:
Think back to a time or situations that you felt safe. It can also be a person that makes you feel safe.
This can be a place you retreat to when life is chaotic and messy.
Everybody should present their work in a plenary session.
The exercise can be done with age mixed groups to learn from different experiences.
