Topic 2: Why is it important?

Meeting the routine requirements of the tasks is important because it is the basis for carrying out an activity: it is about doing, executing as requested. 

The task can be repetitive, tedious, the challenge is to “hold on”, not to give up, in order to take the action until the end. 

The work must be meticulous and precise. It involves the ability to sustain effort, boredom and perseverance. 

It is also about understanding how this task fits into a wider environment: the question of its usefulness in a production chain.
