- Communication is the process of establishing connection or link between two points for information exchange or practically the process of conveying and exchanging information at a distance.
- Whether human beings or two systems, communication involves the transfer of information from a sender to receiver and therefore it allows one to explain ideas, to report them and to use questioning techniques.
